What are the Conditions for Opening a Case of Reemployment?
In order for a reemployment argument to be filed, the employee must be covered by job security. The worker who is covered by job security must first be subject to the Labor Law No. 4857 or the Press Labor Law No. 5953. Other conditions of being covered by job security are as follows:
1. Employing 30 or more workers before the employer
2. Employment of the worker with an indefinite-term contract employment
3. Termination of the employment contract by the employer
4. The worker must have at least 6 months of seniority
